Freshta Siddiqi, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, Canada. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. I am also a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I can offer therapy in English, and Farsi or Persian. I specialize in supporting teens and adults, neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+, to navigate a wide variety of issues. With a culturally-sensitive, and person-centered approach, I work with clients to navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem, explore strategies to improve confidence, emotional regulation, and cultural adjustment.

Xavier Ojes, MSW, RSW, Registered Psychotherapist

I offer compassionate, evidence-informed psychotherapy for adults navigating mental-health concerns, substance use, trauma, relationship challenges, behavioral needs, and major life transitions. My work is collaborative, practical, and strength-based, helping clients build emotional regulation, coping skills, self-understanding, resilience, and confidence in moving toward meaningful goals. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and adapting therapy to each client’s communication style, processing pace, sensory needs, executive-function challenges, and personal
strengths. I also provide affirming, inclusive care for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, recognizing how identity, relationships, stigma, discrimination, minority stress, and past experiences may affect wellbeing.
