Jane employs industry-standard safeguards, including encryption and secure Canadian data hosting where available.

Gravity Forms

We use Gravity Forms to collect information submitted through our website’s contact and donation forms. Information entered into these forms — such as your name, email address, and message, is processed and stored securely within our website’s systems. Where a form is connected to payment processing, form data works together with Stripe to complete your transaction, as described below.

Stripe App

We use Stripe to securely process online payments for services, registrations, and other fees. Payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe using encrypted connections.
