The ADHD Coaching program

Looking for certified assistance in navigating your ADHD symptoms? Want to live a life that’s productive and enables you to build solid relationships? Hopespyre’s certified ADHD coaches will help you formulate strategies that cater to your ADHD life! Our coaching programs embolden your strengths and unique habits and preferences to give you more balance and control over your life as an ADHDer. Our focus is to work with your ADHD, not fix it.

Sessions are provided by certified coaches who are neurodivergent themselves, as lived experience will make a huge impact on your endeavours in coaching.

Together, we will create strategies that: 

  • Manage symptoms
  • Slow down hyperactivity
  • Improve focus
  • Create positive self-image and self-talk
  • Provide tools for coping and dysregulation
  • Increase chances of getting lasting employment
  • Improve the quality of your social interactions and connections

Rates are offered on a sliding scale to qualified clients. Our services are open to adults at the moment. Direct billing is also available if eligible.
 
Base rate: $200 per session + HST ($226 total)
Sliding scale: Starting at $125 per session + HST. Conditions apply. Please contact for further information.

Holly Mitchell Hopespyre Executive Director

Holly Mitchell, our Executive Director, is also our certified ADHD Coach! Holly is neurodivergent with diagnosed ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and OCD Tendencies. She brings 26 years’ worth of experience in various roles, primarily in business development, human resources, and now mental health, and lives with severe ADHD symptoms. She received her ADHD Coaching certification on June 5th, 2026, and is presently pursuing an education in becoming a clinical psychologist.
